Service Description

- Take 10 minutes to discover if coaching is right for you. - We'll talk by phone for approximately 10 minutes to briefly discuss your health goals and current health challenges. If we feel we're a good fit for each other the next step is to schedule your Foundation Session. - You are under no obligation to purchase any coaching sessions.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel and reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 1-day prior to your appointment. Credit card refunds will be assessed a $5.00 service fee. Cash refunds will be made without any service charge.
